The Protégé Program
The Protégé Program is a signature initiative of The Reclaimed Woman Experience Women’s Empowerment Tour designed to guide, mentor, and prepare young women for leadership in life, education, and career. This one-year mentorship journey connects girls and young women ages 14–21 with accomplished women in business, ministry, education, and community leadership who serve as mentors, role models, and life coaches.
We believe that every young woman deserves access to positive examples, real-world opportunities, and a safe space to discover who she is in God’s design.

Mission
To empower the next generation of women by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead with faith, integrity, and excellence. Through personal mentorship, hands-on learning, and purpose-driven development, protégés learn how to walk boldly in their calling and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Program Goals
-
Leadership Development: Build self-awareness, communication, and confidence through guided workshops and interactive experiences.
-
Career Exploration: Provide opportunities for job shadowing, skill training, and exposure to professional fields.
-
Faith & Purpose Alignment: Help participants discover their identity in Christ and connect their talents to purposeful living.
-
Community Engagement: Encourage protégés to give back through service projects and local initiatives.
-
Legacy Building: Create a sisterhood that uplifts, inspires, and multiplies impact for generations to come.

How It Works
-
Application & Selection: Participants apply during the Women’s Empowerment Tour and are matched with a mentor based on their interests, goals, and personality.
-
Mentorship Commitment: Each mentor commits to supporting her protégé for one year through regular check-ins, goal-setting sessions, and shared experiences.
-
Monthly Sessions: Protégés meet monthly for leadership training, career exploration, and faith-based discussions.
-
Hands-On Learning: Participants complete a capstone project demonstrating personal growth and community impact by the end of the program.
-
Recognition: Graduates are honored at the annual Empowerment Gala for their achievements and leadership journey.
